I am in charge of PR for Tempura Kishimen Tamon Chunichi Building.
It is sweltering hot, but I want to enjoy summer at the beach or in the mountains!

Our restaurant serves "Kishimen", one of Nagoya's soul food,
You can enjoy it in a variety of forms.

Kishimen (flat, flat noodles) is made with a wide width, so you can enjoy its slippery and chewy texture,
These noodles are very thirst-quenching.
The soup is very tasty and well mixed.
Our standard menu item, "Sudachi Taimon (hot or cold)," makes such kishimenen delicious,
A refreshing gem with a special white dashi broth base topped with a slice of sudachi (Japanese radish).
