A large "noren" curtain that looks like "kishimen" is a landmark of the restaurant.
The overwhelming presence of kishimen noodles makes them chewy and slippery. The wide noodles are thoroughly covered with sauce, allowing you to fully enjoy the original flavor of the dashi broth. The special ingredient is the fragrant black shichimi (seven spices) imported from Hararyokaku in Kyoto. It enhances the deliciousness of the kishimen. The crispy, hot tempura is served fresh each time it is fried, and we hope you enjoy it with sansho salt. The set menus, which include Kishimen and Tempura, are also very popular.
We have a variety of beverages that go well with our food, such as beer, highballs, and lemon sours. Please enjoy them with Kishimen and Tempura.
